一、职责描述：
1.负责业务系统功能模块的前端界面开发工作，确保在满足需求的情况下，确保在不同的平台和设备上具备优秀的用户体验；
2.跟业务人员交流，参与系统的需求分析和设计工作；
3.把握开发进度，保质保量按时完成项目要求；
4.根据部门工作要求，及时提交代码到svn，并保证代码准确和注释的完整性；
5.对系统不断优化和迭代，并不定期的进行内部知识分享；
二、任职要求：
1.计算机相关专业本科及以上学历，1年以上工作经验；
2.精通Javascript、AJAX、HTML5、CSS3等技术。
3.熟悉主流前端编程框架技术，如Bootstrap，ExtJS等，熟悉响应式界面编程
4.熟悉至少一种模板引擎，如velocity，Freemarker，Thymeleaf等。
5.熟悉web页面跨浏览器的兼容性解决方案。
6.精通开发调试工具，如Firebug以及chrome浏览器的页面调试跟踪技术；
7.熟悉前后端分离的开发方式，可以独立跟后端开发人员进行沟通，明确双方之间的数据接口。
8.良好的编码习惯、团队沟通协作能力和持续学习能力；
9.熟悉软件工程理论，熟悉软件各个生命周期的特点以及相关技术开发能力，具备敏捷开发的实际经验优先；
能适用出差，有一定的抗压能力，及时完成领导交办的其他工作事项；

1、计算机相关专业本科及以上学历，两年以上工作经验；
2、熟悉J2EE相关开发技术，熟练使用eclipse或者idea等开发平台；

4、熟悉Hibernate、Struts、Spring、jfinal等开源框架；
5、熟悉HTML、JavaScript、CSS、Ajax等技术并进行客户端的开发，熟悉jquery优先；
6、熟悉利用svn等工具进行团队合作开发的工作模式，熟悉maven等项目构建工具；
7、善于学习，责任心强，良好的沟通协调能力和团队协作意识，能够主动总结和分享自己的开发经验。
8、具有规范的编程习惯与文档编写能力
岗位职责：
1、参与公司目前在建项目的开发维护，以及待建项目的设计和开发；
2、完成领导分配的开发任务；
3、负责跟其他项目组团队成员之间进行技术沟通，并建立相关的开发文档。
